Property-tech business RESIDENT creates new head of marketing role.

RESIDENT, the revolutionary online block management system for managing agents announced today the appointment of Victoria Gifford to head of marketing.The new role was created to support the continued growth of the award winning, Kent based property-tech business founded by entrepreneurial managing director, Kate Boyes.

Gifford will be working with RESIDENT’s expanding team of developers, support technicians and business developers. In addition, she will provide strategic marketing input to Resident’s sister business, Alexandre Boyes Residential Lettings, which Kate Boyes established in 2003, and Alexandre Boyes Estate & Block Management, which she set up in 2007. 

Gifford was previously the Marketing Director at leading UK and Ireland property consultants Lambert Smith Hampton, the commercial property arm of Countrywide Plc. Her career spans over 20 years within the real estate sector which began at London property agency Nelson Bakewell, where she led several award winning advertising campaigns. This was followed by a head of marketing role at Edward Symmons, during which time the partnership experienced continuous growth, both organically and through acquisitions.
